PEAR BODY SHAPE

If you have slim shoulders, a small bust, a well-defined waist, a round bottom and your hips are wider than your upper half, you have a pear body type. Your challenge is to enhance your bust or control hips and thighs.

APPLE BODY SHAPE

If you have an ample bust and a full midsection with narrow shoulders and hips, you’ve got an apple body shape. Your challenge is defining your waistline.

STRAWBERRY BODY SHAPE

You’re a strawberry girl if you have wide shoulders, a large bust, a small backside, and the upper half is noticeably larger than your hips. You need to define your waist and soften your shoulders.

HOURGLASS BODY SHAPE

If your hips and shoulders are the same width and your waistline smaller than your bust and hips, you’ve got an hourglass build. You can use some curve control.
